Vehicle Pickup & Return Policy

1. Pickup and Return Locations

• At the Store (6:00 AM – 10:00 PM): Lot E23, Pham Hong Thai Resettlement Area, Xuan Huong Ward, Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province.

• Doorstep Delivery & Collection (6:00 AM – 7:00 PM) – For rentals of 2 days or more:

  • Within a 1km radius of Da Lat Market.

  • Within a 3km radius of Da Lat Railway Station.

  • Within the Pham Hong Thai Resettlement Area.

2. Required Procedures Upon Pickup

• Documents to prepare: Original Citizen ID (CCCD) and Driver's License (GPLX), or verified accounts on the VNeID application.

• Note: The rental company will take a photo of your ID for verification purposes.

⚠️ Important Area Restriction: Please only use the vehicle within the limits of (the old) Da Lat City. The rental company reserves the right to refuse service or cancel the rental if the vehicle is driven outside this permitted area.

Rental Time Regulations

• Operating Hours: Daily vehicle pickup and return are available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

• Minimum Rental Period:

  • Minimum of 1 day for weekdays.

  • Minimum of 2 days if picking up the vehicle on Saturday.

• Overtime & Next-Day Returns:

  • Returning the vehicle on the following day will count as 1 additional day.

  • Weekday Discount: If you return the vehicle before 12:00 PM (noon) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays, you will only be charged for an additional half-day (1/2 day).

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Payment: The total rental fee must be paid in full to the rental company when completing the pickup procedures.

• Cancellation: No cancellation fees. However, please notify us as early as possible if there are any changes to your travel schedule.
