Customers can choose one of the following options to secure the rental:

Option 1: A cash deposit of 1,000,000 VND per vehicle AND the rental company will temporarily retain your original National ID Card.
Option 2: A cash deposit of 3,000,000 VND per vehicle (no document retention required).

A formal motorbike rental contract will be signed and executed upon vehicle collection.

Vehicles must be driven strictly within the inner Ho Chi Minh City area. The rental company reserves the right to refuse vehicle delivery or terminate service if the customer plans to travel outside this designated boundary.

Service Hours: General vehicle pickup and return services operate daily from 07:00 AM to 08:00 PM.
Daily Rate Calculation: A standard rental day is calculated as a 24-hour cycle starting from the exact time you receive the vehicle.
Minimum Rental: The minimum rental period is 1 day.
Overtime Fee Policy:
- Exceeding the 24-hour mark by less than 5 hours will incur a half-day charge.
- Exceeding the 24-hour mark by 5 hours or more will be charged as a full additional day.

Payment: The total rental amount must be paid in full upon completing the vehicle pickup procedure.
Free Cancellation: We do not charge cancellation fees. Please notify us as early as possible if your travel itinerary changes.
