Requirements when boarding the vehicle

Arrive at the office/ticket counter/bus station 20 minutes before departure to complete boarding procedures.
Exchange your paper ticket for a new one before boarding the bus.
Present your SMS/Email booking confirmation before boarding the bus.
Do not bring food or food with strong odors onto the bus.
No smoking, drinking alcohol, or using drugs in the vehicle.
Do not bring flammable or explosive materials onto the vehicle.
Do not litter in the car.
Do not make noise or cause disturbances on the bus.
Do not wear shoes or sandals on the bus.

Carry-on baggage

The total weight of your luggage must not exceed 15 kg.
Do not transport bulky goods.
No refunds will be given if the order is canceled due to violations of baggage regulations.

Children and pregnant women

Children under 7 years old or under 120 cm tall travel free if they share a seat/bed with their parents.
Children aged 7 or taller, or those 120 cm or taller, purchase tickets at the adult price.
Pregnant women need to ensure they are in good health throughout the journey.
The bus company has the right to refuse service if passengers do not comply with regulations regarding children and pregnant women.

Pets/Animals

The bus company only accepts animals as checked baggage; they are not allowed to be brought on board with passengers.
Weather temperatures during transportation can sometimes affect the health of pets; the transport company is not responsible for the health of the animals during the journey.

Issue VAT invoices

The transportation company provides VAT invoices for passenger transport services; the invoice issuance fee is 10% of the service price you have purchased.
Please provide complete and accurate invoice information.
The bus company refuses to reissue invoices if passengers provide incorrect information.

Departure, pick-up, and drop-off times policy during holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).

Departure, pick-up, and drop-off times may change, being approximately 1 hour or 1 minute earlier or later, depending on actual traffic conditions on the day of departure. The bus company will proactively inform customers of the exact times through various communication channels, at least 2 hours before the departure date.
