Requirements when boarding the vehicle

Arrive at the office/ticket counter/bus station 30 minutes before departure to complete boarding procedures.
Present your SMS/Email booking confirmation before boarding the bus.
Do not bring food or food with strong odors onto the bus.
No smoking, drinking alcohol, or using drugs in the vehicle.
Do not bring flammable or explosive materials onto the vehicle.
Do not litter in the car.
Do not make noise or cause disturbances on the bus.

Carry-on baggage

The total weight of your luggage must not exceed 15 kg.
Do not transport bulky goods.
No refunds will be given if the order is canceled due to violations of baggage regulations.

Children and pregnant women

Children under 6 years old or under 100 cm tall travel free if they share a seat/bed with their parents.
Children aged 6 or taller (100 cm or more) must purchase tickets at the adult price.
Pregnant women need to ensure they are in good health throughout the journey.
The bus company has the right to refuse service if passengers do not comply with regulations regarding children and pregnant women.
The child policy does not apply to the two seats next to the driver; each seat accommodates only one person regardless of age or size.

Pets/Animals

Pets must be in good health, friendly to humans, fully vaccinated, free from unpleasant odors, and not affect passengers or their property.
Pets need to be muzzled and confined in cages, bags, or astronaut backpacks to ensure safe transport and prevent them from escaping.
Weather temperatures during transportation can sometimes affect the health of pets; the transport company is not responsible for the health of the animals during the journey.
Passengers traveling with pets are requested to inform the bus company in advance.
The bus company does not transport pets without an accompanying passenger.
We only accept the following types of pets for transport: dogs
In addition to the types mentioned above, the transport company reserves the right to refuse transportation of other types of pets.
