Arrive at the office/ticket counter/bus station 30 minutes before departure to complete boarding procedures.
Present your SMS/Email booking confirmation before boarding the bus.
Do not bring food or food with strong odors onto the bus.
No smoking, drinking alcohol, or using drugs in the vehicle.
Do not bring flammable or explosive materials onto the vehicle.
Do not litter in the car.
Do not wear shoes or sandals on the bus.
The total weight of your luggage must not exceed 15 kg.
Do not transport bulky goods.
No refunds will be given if the order is canceled due to violations of baggage regulations.
Children under 3 years old or under 100 cm tall travel free if they share a seat/bed with their parents.
Children aged 3 years or taller (100 cm or more) require adult tickets.
Pregnant women need to ensure they are in good health throughout the journey.
The bus company has the right to refuse service if passengers do not comply with regulations regarding children and pregnant women.
For double-room vehicles: No child policy applies, maximum 2 people per room regardless of age or size.
Passengers traveling with pets are requested to notify us before departure and arrive at least 120 minutes before departure time.
Pets must be in good health, friendly to humans, fully vaccinated, free from unpleasant odors, and not affect passengers or their property.
Pets need to be muzzled and confined in cages, bags, or astronaut backpacks to ensure safe transport and prevent them from escaping.
The bus company only accepts animals as checked baggage; they are not allowed to be brought on board with passengers.
Weather temperatures during transportation can sometimes affect the health of pets; the transport company is not responsible for the health of the animals during the journey.
The transportation company provides VAT invoices for passenger transport services; the invoice issuance fee is 8% of the service price you have purchased.
The bus company refuses to reissue invoices if passengers provide incorrect information.
The bus company only issues electronic invoices on the day of departure.
Customers must provide complete and accurate invoicing information before departure. After this time, the transportation company will not be able to provide assistance.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for invoice issuance, including: Name of entity/individual, Tax identification number, Address, Email/Phone number for receiving invoices.
