Arrive at the office/ticket counter/bus station 30 minutes before departure to complete boarding procedures.

Exchange your paper ticket for a new one before boarding the bus.

Present your SMS/Email booking confirmation before boarding the bus.

Do not bring food or food with strong odors onto the bus.

No smoking, drinking alcohol, or using drugs in the vehicle.

Do not bring flammable or explosive materials onto the vehicle.

Do not litter in the car.

Do not make noise or cause disturbances on the bus.

Do not wear shoes or sandals on the bus.

The total weight of your luggage must not exceed 20 kg.

Do not transport bulky goods.

No refunds will be given if the order is canceled due to violations of baggage regulations.

Children under 5 years old or under 100 cm tall travel free if they share a seat/bed with their parents.

Children aged 5 or taller (100 cm or more) must purchase tickets at the adult price.

Pregnant women need to ensure they are in good health throughout the journey.

The bus company has the right to refuse service if passengers do not comply with regulations regarding children and pregnant women.

For double-room vehicles: No child policy applies, maximum 2 people per room regardless of age or size.

The transport company does not accept pets/animals for transport.

The bus company only issues electronic tickets.

The transport company does not accept bicycles/motorcycles as accompanying items.
