Motorbike Pickup and Return Locations

• In-Store Pickup & Drop-off (Available from 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM):

  • 19 Dong Loi Street, Sa Pa Ward, Lao Cai Province.

• Doorstep Delivery & Pickup Service (Available from 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM):

  • Sa Pa Stone Church Area: Anywhere within a 3km radius.

  • Key Landmarks: Sun Plaza Sa Pa, Sa Pa Bus Station, and Sa Pa Night Market.

Rental Procedures & Requirements

Required Documents

To complete your rental, please provide the original copies of the following documents:

• National ID Card / Passport

• Valid Driver's License

Security & Contract Policy

• To secure the vehicle, the rental company will temporarily retain your original National ID Card or Passport during the rental period.

• A formal motorbike rental contract will be signed and executed upon vehicle collection.

Terms and Conditions

Operating Boundary

• Vehicles must be driven strictly within the old Sa Pa town area. The rental company reserves the right to refuse vehicle delivery or terminate service if the customer plans to travel outside this designated boundary.

Rental Timeline & Next-Day Return Charges

• Service Hours: General vehicle pickup and return services operate daily from 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM (06:00 to 22:00).

• Minimum Rental: The minimum rental period is 1 day.

• Next-Day Return Policy:

  • If you return the vehicle the following day by 12:00 PM (applicable only on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday), only a half-day charge will be added.

  • Returns after 12:00 PM on those days, or any next-day returns on days not listed, will be charged as a full additional day.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Payment: The total rental amount must be paid in full upon completing the vehicle pickup procedure.

• Free Cancellation: We do not charge cancellation fees. Please notify us as early as possible if your travel itinerary changes.
