1. Pickup and Drop-off Locations

We make picking up and returning your vehicle stress-free with both in-store collection and flexible delivery options:

• In-Store Service (07:00 AM - 09:00 PM):

• Doorstep Delivery & Pickup Service (07:00 AM - 09:00 PM):

  • Free Delivery available within a 3km radius of Vincom Plaza Hue.

2. Rental Procedures & Required Documents

To ensure a quick vehicle handover, please make sure you have the following original documents ready to complete the official rental contract:

• Driver's License: Original copy (must be presented upon pickup).

• Identification: Original Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) or Passport.

Note: The rental provider will only take a photo of your ID/Passport for the contract records and will not keep your physical documents.

3. Rental Terms and Conditions

Service Hours & Rental Calculation

• Operating Hours: Vehicle pickup, delivery, and return services are available daily from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM.

• 24-Hour Cycle: Rental days are calculated as a full 24-hour period from the exact time you receive the vehicle.

• Minimum Rental: The minimum rental duration is 1 day.

Late Return Fee Policy

• Under 6 Hours Late: Returning the vehicle less than 6 hours past your 24-hour cycle will incur a half-day charge.

• Over 6 Hours Late: Extensions beyond 6 hours will be charged as an additional full day.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Upfront Payment: The total rental fee must be paid in full upon signing the contract and completing the vehicle pickup procedure.

• Free Cancellation: No cancellation fees apply. If your travel itinerary changes, please notify us as early as possible so we can adjust your booking.
