1. Motorbike Rental Price List in Hue

We offer a wide range of well-maintained vehicles to suit your travel needs. All rental rates are calculated per day:

• Scooters (Honda Airblade, Honda Lead, Honda Vision, Yamaha Janus): 130,000 – 160,000 VND / day

• Semi-Automatic Motorcycles (Honda Wave Alpha, Yamaha Sirius): 100,000 – 120,000 VND / day

• Electric Motorbikes (VinFast Feliz S): 150,000 – 180,000 VND / day

2. Pickup and Drop-off Locations

To make your trip to Hue as smooth as possible, we provide both in-store pickup and doorstep delivery services:

• In-Store Pickup & Drop-off (06:30 AM - 09:00 PM):

  • Address: 11 Alley 26 Nguyen Cong Tru Street, Thuan Hoa Ward, Hue City.

• Doorstep Delivery Service (07:00 AM - 09:00 PM):

  • Free delivery available within a 3km radius of Hue's Western Quarter (Phố Tây Huế).

3. Required Documents & Rental Procedures

When picking up your vehicle, please ensure you have the following valid documents ready:

• Original Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) or Passport.

• Valid Driver's License (Physical card or VNeID digital license accepted).

4. Rental Terms and Conditions

Vehicle Usage & Territorial Restriction

• Within Hue City Only: Motorbikes must only be operated within Hue City limits. The rental provider reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the contract if the vehicle is driven outside the designated area.

Rental Duration & Late Return Fees

• Operating Hours: Vehicle collection and return are available from 06:30 AM to 09:00 PM daily.

• 24-Hour Calculation: Each rental day is calculated as a full 24-hour cycle from the exact time you receive the vehicle.

• Minimum Rental: The minimum rental period is 1 day.

• Late Return Policy:

  • Returning the vehicle under 5 hours late will incur a half-day charge.

  • Returning the vehicle over 5 hours late will be charged as an additional full day.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Payment: The total rental amount must be paid in full upon completing the vehicle pickup procedures.

• Free Cancellation: No cancellation fees apply. If your travel itinerary changes, please notify us as early as possible.
