Information Details

Pickup and drop-off points

At the store (6am-11pm): 275 Tran Nguyen Han Street, Le Chan Ward, Hai Phong City.
Vehicle delivery and pickup service (6am-11pm)
– Hai Phong Train Station
– Niem Nghia Bus Station
– Cat Bi Airport (50k/vehicle/round trip)
– For suburban districts such as Thuy Nguyen, An Duong, An Lao, Quan Toan, rentals for more than 5 days apply (contact the rental company).

Procedures when receiving the vehicle

– Documents required: Citizen Identification Card/Passport & Driver's License (originals)

– The transportation company will retain your Citizen Identification Card or Passport.

– Make a car rental contract

* Please only use the vehicle within the old Hai Phong City Center area. The transportation company reserves the right to refuse vehicle delivery if the customer travels outside this area.

– Vehicle pick-up and return times are from 06:00 to 23:00 daily .

Each rental day is calculated as 24 hours from the time the vehicle is received.

– Minimum rental period is 1 day.

– For every 24 hours the vehicle is returned, an additional day will be charged. If the vehicle is returned less than 5 hours ago , only half a day will be charged.

– Pay the total rental amount to the rental company when completing the vehicle pickup procedure.

– The bus company does not charge cancellation fees. Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to change your itinerary.
