Vehicle Rental Policy: Pick-up, Drop-off, and Terms

1. Pick-up and Drop-off Locations

We offer both convenient in-store collection and flexible delivery services across Buon Ma Thuot.

In-Store Pick-up (24/7)

• Address: 2 Pham Hong Thai Street, Buon Ma Thuot Ward, Dak Lak Province.

• Operating Hours: Open 24/7 (Anytime day or night).

Doorstep Vehicle Delivery & Collection

Our delivery service operates daily from 6:15 AM to 10:00 PM at the following locations:

• Free Delivery Radius: Within a 3km radius of the Buon Ma Thuot Six-Way Intersection.

• Bus Offices: Drop-off and pick-up available directly at the offices of Tien Oanh, Long Van Limousine, and Phuong Trang (Futa Bus Lines).

2. Required Documents & Rental Procedures

To complete your vehicle handover smoothly, please ensure you bring your original documents.

• Required Documents: Original Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) / Passport AND a valid Driver's License.

• Document Retention: The transportation company will safely retain your original Citizen Identification Card or Passport for the duration of the rental period.

3. Rental Terms and Travel Restrictions

• Geographical Limit: Vehicles must strictly be used within the boundaries of the former Dak Lak Province. The company reserves the right to refuse vehicle delivery or terminate the service if the customer travels outside this area.

• Service Hours: Vehicle pick-up and return windows run from 00:00 to 23:59 daily.

• Minimum Rental: The minimum rental period is 1 day.

How Rental Days Are Calculated (24-Hour Basis)

Each rental day is calculated as a full 24-hour cycle starting from the exact time you receive the vehicle.

• Full-Day Charge: An additional full day is charged for every complete 24-hour block.

• Overtime / Half-Day Charge: If you return the vehicle less than 8 hours past your 24-hour cycle, you will only be charged for an extra half day.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy

• Upfront Payment: The total rental amount must be paid in full to the company upon completing the vehicle pick-up procedure.

• No Cancellation Fees: We do not charge cancellation fees. If you need to change your itinerary or cancel your booking, please notify us as early as possible.
