Vehicle Rental Policy: Pick-up, Drop-off, and Terms

1. Pick-up and Drop-off Locations

We offer flexible options for collecting and returning your rental vehicle, whether you prefer visiting our stores or utilizing our delivery service.

In-Store Pick-up (Our Branches)

• Branch 1: 315 Y Jut, Buon Ma Thuot Ward, Dak Lak Province (Open: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

• Branch 2: 10 Nguyen Buoi, Tan An Ward, Dak Lak Province (Open: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

• Branch 3: 40 Hung Vuong, Buon Ma Thuot Ward, Dak Lak Province (Open: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

• Branch 4: 17 Chu Van An, Tan An Ward, Dak Lak Province (Open 24/7)

Doorstep Vehicle Delivery & Collection

Available daily from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM at the following locations:

• Free Delivery: Within a 3km radius of the Buon Ma Thuot Six-Way Intersection.

• Bus Offices: Free pick-up/drop-off at Tien Oanh, Long Van Limousine, and Phuong Trang (Futa Bus Lines) offices.

• Buon Ma Thuot Airport (BMV): Surcharge of +50,000 VND / one way.

• Southern Bus Station: Surcharge of +50,000 VND / one way.

2. Required Documents & Procedures

To ensure a quick and smooth vehicle handover, please prepare the following original documents:

• Valid ID: Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) or Passport.

• Driver’s License: Valid and appropriate for the vehicle type.

📌 Note: Our staff will take a photo of your Identification Card/Passport for verification and contract purposes during the handover.

3. Rental Terms and Travel Restrictions

• Geographical Limit: Vehicles must only be operated within the boundaries of the former Dak Lak Province. The rental company reserves the right to terminate the contract and refuse vehicle delivery if the customer travels outside this permitted area.

• Rental Timing: Vehicle pick-up and return services are active from 00:00 to 23:59 daily.

• Minimum Rental: The minimum rental duration is 1 day.

Late Return & Half-Day Fees

• If you return the vehicle the following day after 12:00 PM, an extra full-day rate will apply.

• If you return the vehicle no later than 12:00 PM (applicable any day from Monday to Sunday), you will only be charged a half-day fee.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy

• Payment: The total rental fee must be paid in full to the rental agent upon completing the vehicle pick-up procedure.

• Free Cancellation: We do not charge cancellation fees. However, if your travel plans change, please notify us as early as possible so we can update your itinerary.
