The transportation company provides VAT invoices for passenger transport services; the invoice issuance fee is 8% of the service price you have purchased.

The bus company refuses to reissue invoices if passengers provide incorrect information.

The transport company does not accept bicycles/motorcycles as accompanying items.

Important note: The bus company reserves the right to refuse service or charge additional fees if passengers do not comply with regulations regarding the size, weight, or number of people using the berths.

Departure, pick-up, and drop-off times may change, being approximately 1 hour or 1 minute earlier or later, depending on actual traffic conditions on the day of departure. The bus company will proactively inform customers of the exact times through various communication channels, at least 1 hour before the departure date.
