Arrive at the office/ticket counter/bus station 30 minutes before departure to complete boarding procedures.

Present your SMS/Email booking confirmation before boarding the bus.

Do not bring food or food with strong odors onto the bus.

No smoking, drinking alcohol, or using drugs in the vehicle.

Do not bring flammable or explosive materials onto the vehicle.

Do not litter in the car.

Do not make noise or cause disturbances on the bus.

Do not wear shoes or sandals on the bus.

The total weight of your luggage must not exceed 15 kg.

The child policy does not apply to all seats/beds; each seat/bed accommodates only one person regardless of age or size.

The transport company does not accept pets/animals for transport.

Please provide complete and accurate invoice information.

The bus company only issues electronic tickets on the day of departure.

The transport company does not accept bicycles/motorcycles as accompanying items.

Each vehicle is only permitted to transport a maximum of 24 passengers, in accordance with safety and passenger transport regulations.
