• Doorstep Delivery & Pickup Service (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM):

  • Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) / Saigon Railway Station: 40,000 VND / one-way

  • Mien Dong Bus Station (Old Eastern Bus Station): 60,000 VND / one-way

  • Mien Tay Bus Station (Western Bus Station): 100,000 VND / one-way

Rental Procedures & Requirements

Required Documents

To complete your rental, please provide the original copies of the following documents:

• National ID Card / Passport

• Valid Driver's License

Deposit Options

• Option 1: Deposit 1,000,000 VND/vehicle and temporarily leave your National ID Card or Driver's License with the store.

• Option 2: Deposit 4,000,000 VND/vehicle (no document retention required).

Terms and Conditions

Operating Boundary

• Vehicles must be driven strictly within the Ho Chi Minh City area. The rental company reserves the right to refuse vehicle delivery if the customer travels outside this area.

Rental Timeline & Overtime Charges

• Service Hours: Vehicle pickup and return services operate daily from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.

• Daily Rate Calculation: A standard rental day is calculated as a 24-hour cycle starting from the exact time you receive the vehicle.

• Minimum Rental: The minimum rental period is 1 day.

• Overtime Fee Policy:

  • Exceeding the 24-hour mark by less than 6 hours will incur a half-day charge.

  • Exceeding the 24-hour mark by 6 hours or more will be charged as a full additional day.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Payment: The total rental amount must be paid in full upon completing the vehicle pickup procedure.

• Free Cancellation: We do not charge cancellation fees. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to modify or cancel your itinerary.
