To secure the vehicle, the rental company will temporarily retain your original National ID Card or Passport during the rental period.

Vehicles must be driven strictly within the Ninh Thuan Province area. The rental company reserves the right to refuse vehicle delivery if the customer plans to travel outside this region.

Service Hours: In-store pickup and return services operate daily from 12:00 AM to 11:00 PM (00:00 to 23:00).
Daily Rate Calculation: A standard rental day is calculated as a 24-hour cycle starting from the exact time you receive the vehicle.
Minimum Rental: The minimum rental period is 1 day.
Overtime Fee Policy:
- Exceeding the 24-hour mark by less than 4 hours will incur a half-day charge.
- Exceeding the 24-hour mark by 4 hours or more will be charged as a full additional day.

Booking Deposit: A booking deposit of 50,000 VND per vehicle must be paid via Vexere to confirm your reservation.
Final Payment: The remaining balance of the rental fee must be paid in full to the rental company upon vehicle pickup.
Cancellation Policy: The booking deposit is only refundable if the cancellation request is made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time. (Please refer to our Cancellation and Deposit Refund Procedures for more details).
