  • Hoa Lu Old Town Area: Anywhere within a 2km radius.

Terms and Conditions

Operating Boundary

• Vehicles must be driven strictly within the old Ninh Binh City Center area. The rental company reserves the right to refuse vehicle delivery or terminate service if the customer plans to travel outside this designated boundary.

Rental Timeline & Next-Day Return Charges

• Service Hours: Vehicle pickup, delivery, and return services operate daily from 07:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

• Minimum Rental: The minimum rental period is 1 day.

• Next-Day Return Policy (Applicable every day of the week):

  • If you return the vehicle the following day by 12:00 PM, only a half-day charge will be added.

  • If you return the vehicle the following day after 12:00 PM, a full additional day will be charged.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Payment: The total rental amount must be paid in full upon completing the vehicle pickup procedure.

• Free Cancellation: We do not charge cancellation fees. Please notify us as early as possible if your travel itinerary changes.
