1. Pickup and Drop-off Locations

We provide both convenient in-store collection and flexible delivery options to suit your travel itinerary:

• In-Store Service (06:30 AM - 09:00 PM):

  • Address: 11 Alley 26 Nguyen Cong Tru Street, Thuan Hoa Ward, Hue City.

• Doorstep Delivery & Pickup Service (07:00 AM - 09:00 PM):

  • Free Delivery available within a 3km radius of Hue's Western Quarter (Phố Tây Huế).

2. Rental Terms and Conditions

Geographic Restriction

• Within Hue City Only: Motorbikes must be operated strictly within Hue City limits. The rental provider reserves the right to refuse vehicle delivery or terminate the service if the customer travels outside this designated area.

Service Hours & Rental Calculation

• Daily Operating Hours: Standard vehicle pickup and return services are available from 06:30 AM to 09:00 PM daily.

• 24-Hour Cycle: Each rental day is calculated as a full 24-hour period starting from the exact time you receive the vehicle.

• Minimum Rental: The minimum rental duration is 1 day.

Late Return Fee Policy

• Under 5 Hours Late: Returning the vehicle less than 5 hours past your 24-hour cycle will incur a half-day charge.

• Over 5 Hours Late: Extensions beyond 5 hours will be charged as an additional full day.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Upfront Payment: The total rental amount must be paid in full upon completing the vehicle pickup procedure.

• Free Cancellation: No cancellation fees apply. If your travel plans change, please inform us as soon as possible so we can update your itinerary.
