• In-Store Pickup & Drop-off (Available from 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM):

• Doorstep Delivery & Pickup Service (Available from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM):

  • Free Delivery Area: Anywhere within a 2km radius of the store.

  • Surrounding Areas (Surcharge of 10,000 VND / trip): Cua Dai Beach and the An Bang area.

Rental Procedures & Requirements

Required Documents

To complete your rental, please provide the original copies of the following documents:

• National ID Card / Passport

• Valid Driver's License

Verification & Contract Policy

• No document retention required. The rental company will simply take a photo of your National ID Card or Passport for verification purposes.

• A formal motorbike rental contract will be signed and executed upon vehicle collection.

Terms and Conditions

Rental Timeline & Overtime Charges

• Service Hours: General vehicle pickup and return services operate daily from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM.

• Daily Rate Calculation: A standard rental day is calculated as a 24-hour cycle starting from the exact time you receive the vehicle.

• Minimum Rental: The minimum rental period is 1 day.

• Overtime Fee Policy:

  • Exceeding the 24-hour mark by less than 4 hours will incur a half-day charge.

  • Exceeding the 24-hour mark by 4 hours or more will be charged as a full additional day.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Payment: The total rental amount must be paid in full upon completing the vehicle pickup procedure.

• Free Cancellation: We do not charge cancellation fees. Please notify us as early as possible if your travel itinerary changes.
