Motorbike Pickup and Return Locations

• Doorstep Delivery & Pickup Service (7:00 AM – 9:00 PM):

  • Free Delivery Areas: Anywhere within a 2km radius of Hoi An Old Town, the Japanese Covered Bridge, and throughout Cam Chau and Minh An Wards.

  • Surrounding Areas (Surcharge of 30,000 VND / trip): An Bang Beach, Cam An Ward, and Cam Kim Island.

Rental Procedures & Requirements

Required Documents

To complete your rental, please provide the original copies of your National ID Card / Passport and a valid Driver's License.

Security & Contract Policy

• To secure the vehicle, the rental company will temporarily retain your original National ID Card or Passport during the rental period.

• A formal motorbike rental contract will be signed and executed upon vehicle collection.

Terms and Conditions

Rental Timeline & Overtime Charges

• Service Hours: Vehicle pickup, delivery, and return services operate daily from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM.

• Daily Rate Calculation: A standard rental day is calculated as a 24-hour cycle starting from the exact time you receive the vehicle.

• Minimum Rental: The minimum rental period is 1 day.

• Overtime Fee Policy:

  • Exceeding the 24-hour mark by less than 6 hours will incur a half-day charge.

  • Exceeding the 24-hour mark by 6 hours or more will be charged as a full additional day.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Payment: The total rental amount must be paid in full upon completing the vehicle pickup procedure.

• Free Cancellation: We do not charge cancellation fees. Please notify us as early as possible if your travel itinerary changes.
