1. Pickup and Drop-off Locations

• In-Store Service (06:00 AM - 11:59 PM Daily):

• Doorstep Delivery & Pickup Service (07:00 AM - 09:00 PM):

2. Rental Procedures & Required Documents

To ensure a secure and smooth vehicle handover, please prepare the following original documents:

• Driver's License & Identification: Original Driver's License and Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) or Passport.

Note: The rental provider will only take photos of your documents for contract registration and will not retain your physical ID.

• Local Resident Deposit: If your permanent residence registration is within Dak Lak province, a cash deposit of 1,000,000 VND / vehicle is required upon pickup.

3. Rental Terms and Conditions

Geographic Restriction

• Within Dak Lak Province Only: Motorbikes must be operated strictly within the boundaries of Dak Lak Province. The provider reserves the right to refuse service or cancel the delivery if the customer plans to travel outside this designated territory.

Service Hours & Rental Calculation

• Daily Operating Hours: Standard vehicle pickup and return services are open daily from 06:00 AM to 11:59 PM.

• 24-Hour Cycle: Rental days are calculated as a full 24-hour cycle starting from the exact time you receive the vehicle.

• Minimum Rental: The minimum rental duration is 1 day.

Late Return Fee Policy

• Under 4 Hours Late: Returning the vehicle less than 4 hours past your 24-hour cycle will incur a half-day charge.

• Over 4 Hours Late: Extensions beyond 4 hours will be charged as an additional full day.

Booking Deposit & Cancellation Policy

• Reservation Deposit: A booking deposit of 50,000 VND / vehicle must be paid upfront via Vexere to secure your reservation. The remaining balance of the rental fee is payable upon vehicle collection.

• Refund Policy: The booking deposit is fully refundable only if you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the 48-hour window.
