Terms and Conditions

Operating Boundary

• Vehicles must be driven strictly within the Phu Quoc area. The rental company reserves the right to refuse vehicle delivery or terminate service if the customer plans to travel outside the island/designated zone.

Rental Timeline & Overtime Charges

• Service Hours: Vehicle pickup and return services operate daily from 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

• Daily Rate Calculation: A standard rental day is calculated as a 24-hour cycle starting from the exact time you receive the vehicle.

• Minimum Rental: The minimum rental period is 1 day.

• Overtime Fee Policy:

  • Exceeding the 24-hour mark by less than 6 hours will incur a half-day charge.

  • Exceeding the 24-hour mark by 6 hours or more will be charged as a full additional day.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Payment: The total rental amount must be paid in full upon completing the vehicle pickup procedure.
