Doorstep Vehicle Delivery & Pickup Service

• Service Hours: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

  • Within a 4km radius of Nguyen Tat Thanh Square.

  • Quy Nhon Bus Station.

  • Quy Nhon Train Station.

  • Big C Quy Nhon (Go! Quy Nhon).

  • Phuong Linh 3 Gas Station (Vo Lieu Street, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province).

Vehicle Pickup Procedures & Requirements

To complete the vehicle handover, please provide the following documents:

• Original Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) or Passport, along with a valid Driver's License.

Important Driving Zone Restriction: Vehicles must only be operated within the Binh Dinh Province area. The transportation company reserves the right to refuse vehicle delivery or terminate the rental if the vehicle is driven outside this designated province.

Rental Period Regulations

Please review our timing and calculation guidelines to plan your itinerary and manage your rental costs effectively:

• Standard Operating Window: Vehicle pickup and return services are available from 00:00 to 23:59 daily.

• Minimum Rental Duration: The minimum rental period is 1 day.

• Rental Day Calculation: Each rental day is calculated on a 24-hour basis starting from the exact time you receive the vehicle.

• Overtime & Extra Hours Policy:

  • For every full 24-hour cycle completed, an additional full day will be charged.

  • If the vehicle is returned late by less than 6 hours past the 24-hour mark, only half a day will be charged.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

We provide a transparent and customer-friendly booking process with straightforward payment terms:

• Payment Terms: The total rental amount must be paid in full to the rental company immediately upon completing the vehicle pickup procedure.

• Cancellation Policy: We charge zero cancellation fees. If your travel plans change or you need to adjust your itinerary, please notify us as early as possible so we can update our schedule.
