Vehicle Pickup & Return Policy

1. Pickup and Return Locations

• At the Store (24/7): 31 Dang Thai Than, Xuan Huong Ward, Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province.

• Doorstep Delivery & Collection (5:00 AM – 10:00 PM) – For rentals of 2 days or more:

  • Within a 2km radius of Da Lat Market.

  • Within a 3km radius of Da Lat Interprovincial Bus Station (Ben xe Lien tinh).

2. Required Procedures Upon Pickup

• Documents to prepare: Original Citizen ID (CCCD) / Passport, and a valid Driver's License (GPLX).

• Deposit: The rental company will keep your original CCCD or Passport during the rental period.

⚠️ Important Area Restriction: Please only use the vehicle within the limits of Lam Dong Province. The rental company reserves the right to refuse service or cancel the rental if the vehicle is driven outside this province.

Rental Time Regulations

• Operating Hours: Daily vehicle pickup and return are available 24/7 (from 00:00 to 23:59).

• Minimum Rental Period:

  • Minimum of 1 day for regular weekdays.

  • Minimum of 2 days if picking up the vehicle on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

• Overtime & Next-Day Returns:

  • Returning the vehicle on the following day will count as 1 additional day.

  • Weekday Discount: If you return the vehicle before 11:59 AM (noon) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays, you will only be charged for an additional half-day (1/2 day).

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Payment: The total rental fee must be paid in full to the rental company when completing the pickup procedures.

• Cancellation: No cancellation fees. However, please notify us as early as possible if there are any changes to your travel schedule.
