Do not make noise or cause disturbances on the bus.

Do not wear shoes or sandals on the bus.

The total weight of your luggage must not exceed 20 kg.

Do not transport bulky goods.

No refunds will be given if the order is canceled due to violations of baggage regulations.

Children aged 6 or taller, or those 110 cm or taller, purchase tickets at the adult price.

Pregnant women need to ensure they are in good health throughout the journey.

The bus company has the right to refuse service if passengers do not comply with regulations regarding children and pregnant women.

Children under 3 years old travel free if they share a seat/bed with their parents.

To ensure safety and appropriate seating, passengers traveling with children are kindly requested to inform the bus company at least one day before departure. Without prior notification, and if the bus is already full, the bus company reserves the right not to apply the child allowance policy.

The transportation company did not provide a VAT invoice.

The bus company only issues electronic tickets.
