Arrive at the office/ticket counter/bus station 30 minutes before departure to complete boarding procedures.

Present your SMS/Email booking confirmation before boarding the bus.

Do not bring food or food with strong odors onto the bus.

No smoking, drinking alcohol, or using drugs in the vehicle.

Do not bring flammable or explosive materials onto the vehicle.

Do not litter in the car.

Do not make noise or cause disturbances on the bus.

The total weight of your luggage must not exceed 20 kg.

Do not transport bulky goods.

No refunds will be given if the order is canceled due to violations of baggage regulations.

Pregnant women need to ensure they are in good health throughout the journey.

The bus company has the right to refuse service if passengers do not comply with regulations regarding children and pregnant women.

Children aged 5 and above purchase tickets at the adult price.

To ensure safety and appropriate seating, passengers traveling with children are kindly requested to notify the bus company at least 6 hours before departure. Without prior notification, and if the bus is already full, the bus company reserves the right not to apply the child allowance policy.

The transport company does not accept pets/animals for transport.

The transportation company did not provide a VAT invoice.

Please contact the Vexere hotline for assistance with parking fee information and confirmation of available parking spaces (if the parking garage has no available spaces, they will not accept bicycles/motorcycles).

Important note: The bus company reserves the right to refuse service or charge additional fees if passengers do not comply with regulations regarding the size, weight, or number of people using the berths.
