Requirements for boarding

Arrive at the office/ticket counter/bus station 30 minutes before departure to complete boarding procedures.

Present your SMS/Email booking before boarding.

No food or smelly food allowed on the bus.

No smoking, drinking alcohol, or using stimulants on the bus.

No flammable or explosive materials allowed on the bus.

No littering on the bus.

No noise or disturbance on the bus.

Carry-on luggage
Total luggage weight must not exceed 5 kg.

No bulky goods allowed.

No refunds for cancellations due to violations of luggage regulations.

Children and pregnant women
Pregnant women must ensure their health throughout the journey.

The bus company reserves the right to refuse service if passengers do not comply with regulations regarding children and pregnant women.

Children taller than 100 cm must purchase adult tickets.

Pets/Animals
The bus company does not accept animals for transport. Pets/Animals

VAT Invoice Issuance
The bus company refuses to reissue invoices if passengers provide incorrect information.

Bicycle/Motorcycle Parking
Please contact the Vexere hotline for assistance with parking fees and confirmation of available space (if the bus company has no available parking space, they will not accept bicycles/motorcycles).
