No smoking, drinking alcohol, or using drugs in the vehicle.

Do not bring flammable or explosive materials onto the vehicle.

Do not litter in the car.

Do not make noise or cause disturbances on the bus.

The total weight of your luggage must not exceed 10 kg.

Do not transport bulky goods.

No refunds will be given if the order is canceled due to violations of baggage regulations.

Luggage exceeding the permitted quantity/size may be subject to additional charges according to the bus company's policy.

Please research and comply with the entry regulations of each country before traveling.

Children aged 5 or taller (110 cm or more) must purchase tickets at the adult price.

Pregnant women need to ensure they are in good health throughout the journey.

The bus company has the right to refuse service if passengers do not comply with regulations regarding children and pregnant women.

To ensure safety and appropriate seating, passengers traveling with children are kindly requested to notify the bus company at least 3 hours before departure. Without prior notification, and if the bus is already full, the bus company reserves the right not to apply the child allowance policy.

The transport company does not accept pets/animals for transport.

The bus company only issues electronic tickets.

Departure, pick-up, and drop-off times may change, being approximately 00:30 earlier or later, depending on actual traffic conditions on the day of departure. The bus company will proactively inform customers of the exact times through various communication channels, at least one minute before departure.
