1. Pick-up and Drop-off Locations

We offer ultimate convenience with round-the-clock storefront pickup alongside a wide daytime delivery network covering Hue's main commercial and tourism hubs.

Vehicle Delivery & Collection Service

Can't make it to the store? Our delivery team operates daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM to bring your vehicle directly to your doorstep:

• Free Delivery Radius: Available anywhere within a 3km radius of Vincom Plaza Hue.

2. Required Documents & Rental Procedures

Please ensure you have your paperwork ready during the vehicle handover to guarantee a quick contract setup:

• Mandatory Documents: Original Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) AND a valid Driver’s License.

• Digital Alternative: We proudly accept the VNeID digital application (Level 2 account) as a valid substitute for physical identification and driver's licenses.

• Verification Policy: Our staff will take a photo of your Citizen Identification Card for verification purposes, OR securely retain your original Passport as a deposit during your trip.

3. Rental Terms & Travel Restrictions

• Geographical Limit: Vehicles must strictly be operated within Hue City limits. The transportation company reserves the right to refuse vehicle delivery or terminate the service contract if the customer travels outside this designated city area.

• Delivery & Return Windows: While the store is open 24/7, standard vehicle pick-up and return processing services run from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.

• Minimum Rental: The minimum rental duration is 1 day.

How Rental Days Are Calculated (24-Hour Basis)

Your rental duration is calculated using a precise 24-hour cycle starting from the exact minute you receive the vehicle keys.

• Full-Day Charge: An additional full day is charged for every complete 24-hour block the vehicle is kept.

• Overtime / Half-Day Discount: If you return the vehicle less than 6 hours late past your 24-hour cycle window, you will only be charged a half-day fee instead of a full extra day.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy

• Upfront Payment: The total rental amount must be paid in full to our agent upon completing the vehicle pick-up and check-in procedures.

• No Cancellation Fees: We do not charge cancellation fees. If your travel plans change or you need to adjust your itinerary, please notify us as early as possible so we can update your reservation and keep our fleet available.
