• Doorstep Delivery & Pickup Service (07:00 AM - 11:00 PM):

  • Free Delivery available within a 3km radius of Vincom Plaza Hue.

2. Rental Terms and Conditions

Geographic Restriction

• Within Hue City Only: Motorbikes must be operated strictly within Hue City boundaries. The provider reserves the right to refuse delivery or terminate the service if the vehicle is driven outside the designated area.

Service Hours & Rental Calculation

• Standard Delivery/Return Hours: Mobile pickup and delivery services operate from 07:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.

• 24-Hour Cycle: Each rental day is calculated as a full 24-hour period from the exact time you receive the vehicle.

• Minimum Rental: The minimum rental duration is 1 day.

Late Return Fee Policy

• Under 6 Hours Late: Returning the vehicle less than 6 hours past your 24-hour cycle will incur a half-day charge.

• Over 6 Hours Late: Extensions beyond 6 hours will be charged as an additional full day.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Upfront Payment: The total rental amount must be paid in full upon completing the vehicle pickup procedure.

• Free Cancellation: No cancellation fees apply. If your travel itinerary changes, please notify us as early as possible so we can adjust your booking.
