1. Pickup and Drop-off Locations

Whether you prefer to collect your bike directly or have it delivered to your location, we offer convenient options across Hue City:

• In-Store Service (24/7):

  • Address: 138 Tran Phu Street, Hue City. (Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week)

• Doorstep Delivery & Pickup Service (07:00 AM - 11:00 PM):

  • Free Delivery available within a 3km radius of Vincom Plaza Hue.

2. Rental Procedures & Required Documents

To complete the vehicle handover, please provide the following valid documents:

• Driver's License: Original physical card or digital license via the VNeID app (must be presented upon pickup).

• Identification (Choose 1 option):

  • Citizen Identification Card (CCCD): The rental provider will take a photo of your card and return the physical card to you.

  • Passport: The rental provider will securely retain your original passport for the duration of the rental.

3. Rental Terms and Conditions

Geographic Restriction

• Within Hue City Only: Motorbikes must be operated strictly within Hue City limits. The provider reserves the right to refuse service or cancel the rental if the vehicle is driven outside the designated city boundary.

Service Hours & Rental Calculation

• Standard Delivery/Return Hours: Mobile pickup and delivery services operate from 07:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.

• 24-Hour Cycle: Rental days are calculated as a full 24-hour period from the exact time you receive the vehicle.

• Minimum Rental: The minimum rental duration is 1 day.

Late Return Fee Policy

• Under 6 Hours Late: Returning the vehicle less than 6 hours past your 24-hour cycle will incur a half-day charge.

• Over 6 Hours Late: Extensions beyond 6 hours will be charged as an additional full day.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Upfront Payment: The total rental amount must be paid in full upon completing the vehicle pickup procedure.

• Free Cancellation: No cancellation fees apply. If your travel itinerary changes, please notify us as early as possible so we can update your booking.
