No refunds will be given if the order is canceled due to violations of baggage regulations.

Pregnant women need to ensure they are in good health throughout the journey.

The bus company has the right to refuse service if passengers do not comply with regulations regarding children and pregnant women.

The child policy does not apply to all seats/beds; each seat/bed accommodates only one person regardless of age or size.

To ensure safety and appropriate seating, passengers traveling with children are kindly requested to notify the bus company at least 4 hours before departure. Without prior notification, and if the bus is already full, the bus company reserves the right not to apply the child allowance policy.
