Present your SMS/Email booking confirmation before boarding the bus.

No smoking, drinking alcohol, or using drugs in the vehicle.
Do not bring flammable or explosive materials onto the vehicle.
Do not litter in the car.
Do not make noise or cause disturbances on the bus.
Do not wear shoes or sandals on the bus.
The total weight of your luggage must not exceed 20 kg.
Do not transport bulky goods.
No refunds will be given if the order is canceled due to violations of baggage regulations.
Pregnant women need to ensure they are in good health throughout the journey.
The bus company has the right to refuse service if passengers do not comply with regulations regarding children and pregnant women.
Children under 100 cm tall are admitted free of charge if they share a seat/bed with their parents.
Children 130 cm or taller must purchase tickets at the adult price.
For double-room vehicles: No child policy applies, maximum 2 people per room regardless of age or size.
Pets must be in good health, friendly to humans, fully vaccinated, free from unpleasant odors, and not affect passengers or their property.
The bus company only accepts animals as checked baggage; they are not allowed to be brought on board with passengers.
The transportation company provides VAT invoices for passenger transport services; the invoice issuance fee is 0% of the service price you have purchased.
Please provide complete and accurate invoice information.
The bus company refuses to reissue invoices if passengers provide incorrect information.
The bus company only issues electronic tickets on the day of departure.
The invoice may be an electronic ticket with VAT as required by law.
Customers must provide complete and accurate invoicing information before departure. After this time, the transportation company will not be able to provide assistance.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for invoice issuance, including: Name of entity/individual, Tax identification number, Address, Email/Phone number for receiving invoices.
